Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled party date, your $100 deposit can be converted into store credit for a future visit. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled party date, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit. Extra food orders that you have paid for can be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled party date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party will not be eligible for a refund on extra food orders. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email bookings@pgcfunpark.com with your booking details. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you at PG City FunPark!
